Job Summary
A global healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Instructional Designer.
Must be able to:
- Design, develop, and maintain the national job aids
- Analyze Clinical business issues and needs, in relation to Clinical workflows
- Conduct ongoing evaluations and assessments to ensure effectiveness of clinical programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of healthcare clinical operations or care management experience
- 2+ years of experience in developing, designing, and implementing training solutions
- 2+ years of experience as a change agent with demonstrated transformations
- 2+ years with documenting processes, creating, and deploying process documentation
- 2+ years prior experience managing multiple cross department projects
- 1+ years of experience applying a change management process and tools
