A healthcare company that provides pediatric behavioral therapy is seeking a Telecommute Clinical Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing consistent case management oversight and clinical problem solving as needed
- Providing ongoing clinical staff oversight, training, and development as needed
- Continually optimizing clinical processes to achieve scalable access to care
Qualifications for this position include:
- Five years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- History of appropriate clinical documentation completed within acceptable time frames
- One year experience in a supervisory role managing 6 or more BCBAs
- Extensive knowledge of Functional Behavioral Assessments and Treatment Plans / Progress Reports
- Excellent communication skills including a high degree of professionalism
- Strong people management skills
