Job Summary
A clinical research firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Clinical Manager II or Senior Clinical Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the clinical monitoring teams
- Plan and drive both patient recruitment and retention
- Drive the successful activation of trial sites
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience providing performance feedback on CRAs for annual appraisals
- Budget/finance experience on a project level
- Experience in managing complex or global trials
- 6 years of clinical monitoring experience is required
- If no degree, 8 years of clinical research experience as a CRA, CM or PM
