Job Summary

A healthcare provider has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Model Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing a framework and tools to determine efficacy of existing clinical model in driving health and cost outcomes
• Defining and creating a suite of evidence-based approaches for addressing core clinical concerns
• Leveraging data and analytics to continuously evaluate and improve models at the local and national level

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Bachelors degree
• 8+ years of experience in Healthcare, Clinical, or Public Health organization
• 5+ years experience with health program development or research
• Proven project management, program design and implementation experience
• All other requirements necessary for this position
