Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Monitoring Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing staff supporting clinical trials
- Being responsible for the analysis and tracking of reports for activities to ensure compliance to policies
- Providing input on strategic initiatives and is responsible for executing strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 20%)
- Twelve plus years of experience in clinical research, preferably in similar functional department
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Demonstrated strong leadership, line management, tactical and strategic thinking skills
- A minimum of eight years of experience in the management of clinical monitoring staff
- Extensive knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirement
