Job Summary

A reproductive health company is filling a position for a Telecommute Clinical Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

• Support our clients through egg donation, egg freezing, and embryo creation journeys
• Work with our clinic partners, pharmacy partners, and storage partners to coordinate services for our Freeze members
• Handle relationship with Intended Parent clinics to coordinate the retrievals for member donors

Required Skills:

• Experienced third-party reproduction case manager/coordinator with experience working with multiple cases at once
• An excellent communicator with experience working with medical or fertility clinics and providers (preferred)
• Someone who is comfortable optimizing processes and always looking for ways to be more efficient
• Ready to take on challenges the moment they arise and enjoys fast paced work
• Enthusiastic about third party reproduction and can effectively educate others via oral or written communication
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM tools, experience with egg donor software a plus
