Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Telecommute Clinical Operations Manager II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervising direct reports; managing and resolving performance issues
- Effectively communicating management strategies, policies and procedures
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with management team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel to conduct onsite quality control visits
- Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in a health care or clinical research setting
- Minimum of seven (7) years relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO
- Thorough knowledge of relevant SOPs, ICH, and GCP guidelines
