Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Clinical Operations Program Advisor.
Must be able to:
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new providers
- Provide leadership to providers
- Ensure that all providers on the team are performing at a high level
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Two days onsite
- Knowledge of health information related to adult health and mental health
- Master of Social Work with a license to practice clinical social work
- Six years of clinical practice with three to five years of supervisory experience
- Excellent clinical understanding of adult mental health
- Understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing
