Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Clinical Operations Registered Nurse Supervisor.

Must be able to:

  • Administer department policy and procedures to include handling employee issues
  • Run queries and analyze data to determine best utilization of departmental staff resources
  • Supervise Clinical Operations staff

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1+ years prior supervisory or project leadership experience
  • Accredited Associate Degree in Nursing with a Bachelor’s in healthcare related degree
  • Or a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
  • Proficient use of a computer, including database experience
  • An active, unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence
  • Ability to perform detailed work with high degree of accuracy
