Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Clinical Operations Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting registered nurses with quality patient care coordination
- Supporting value-based care patients in a variety of care coordination activities
- Performing charting and clerical work as necessary
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- 1 – 2 years’ related experience
- HIPAA-compliant workspace in the home
- Good working knowledge of computer systems with emphasis on Word, Excel, and other programs
- Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to operate basic office equipment such as telephones and computers.
