A pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Clinical Operations Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging in project delivery management and oversight
- Resourcing staff and staff assignments
- Conducting quality control and efficiency of initiative deliverables
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Degree level or equivalent nursing qualification or relevant clinical other equivalent experience
- Significant work experience including substantial management experience
- Substantial prior experience in leading process improvement initiatives with proven achievement
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading in a matrix environment
- Ability to assess situations, make and carry through difficult decisions
