Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Pharmacist.

Must be able to:

• Be responsible for the identification, execution, and follow-up on high cost medication usage evaluations and recommendations
• Guide the organization to provide timely, appropriate, and cost-effective drug therapy to our patients
• Lead the charge by analyzing pharmaceutical usage and cost trends and work with the appropriate state health plan parties

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Required Education: Doctor of Pharmacy
• Required Experience: 3+ years
• Required License, Certification, Association: State Pharmacist License
• Ability to create, develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs to improve our quality of service
• Ability to effectively communicate with various healthcare professionals internally & externally
• Experience with designing studies and analyzing data to measure clinical program outcomes
