Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Clinical Practice Quality Improvement Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting clinicians with projects to improve quality of care and patient safety
- Assessing and solving problems, developing innovative approaches
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s in related health care field or commensurate years of health care experience
- Certifications in CPHQ or Patient Centered Medical Home
- Advanced knowledge of Electronic Health Record workflow & EHR database/registries utilization
- 3-5+ years experience in healthcare setting, preferable clinical practice settings
