Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Clinical Practice Quality Improvement Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting clinicians with projects to improve quality of care and patient safety
  • Assessing and solving problems, developing innovative approaches

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s in related health care field or commensurate years of health care experience
  • Certifications in CPHQ or Patient Centered Medical Home
  • Advanced knowledge of Electronic Health Record workflow & EHR database/registries utilization
  • 3-5+ years experience in healthcare setting, preferable clinical practice settings
