Job Summary

A healthcare automation platform has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Product Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to develop solutions that delight healthfinch customers
  • Providing excellent internal and external facing documentation, and serving as liaison with key external stakeholders
  • Participating in studies of the impact of solutions on quality, safety, and efficiency metrics

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2-4 years experience working in an EMR (Cerner, Epic etc.) or 3rd Party vendor with extensive healthcare distribution
  • Experience with clinical or patient facing solutions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Supporting or building product roadmaps following Pragmatic Marketing practices
  • Examples of new and/or enhanced product features that successfully deployed to production
