A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Programs Pharmacist .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing medication reconciliation services with nurses and patients via telephone
- Driving health awareness with patients through Rx Education and targeted quarterly campaigns
- Placing outbound calls to confirm patients are taking drugs and providing counseling
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of technical experience
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD Degree
- Active pharmacist license in the state(s) in which you are required to practice
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
