Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and implement the quality management and quality improvement programs
- Oversee quality assurance and compliance functions
- Ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Requires a bachelor's degree, and is certified as a registered nurse
- Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience
- Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
- May give input into developing the budget
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations
