Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Clinical Quality Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnetonka.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing and abstracting medical record data into appropriate applications
  • Verifying primary source abstracted medical record data
  • Navigating multiple documentation systems and obtain medical record sections supportive of HEDIS/Star measures

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Licensed Professional / Vocational Nurse
  • 2+ years HEDIS / STAR experience or participation with similar regulatory reporting
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis/quality chart reviews
  • Ability to to review data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Experience using Microsoft office applications
