A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Clinical Quality Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing the implementation of plan quality improvement program
- Managing Quality work plan programs and activities
- Collaborating across business segments to achieve goals and targets
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree OR RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience with HEDIS and NCQA
- QI project experience with QIP and PIPs
- Experience with outside audit organizations such as EQROs
- Leadership experience
- Experience with managed care and insurance industry
