Job Summary
A global healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Clinical Quality Supervisor in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with Clinical Quality Leadership and other health plan leaders to ensure integrated quality oversight processes are in place
- Design clinical quality transformation through targeted creation of overall program/process framework
- Responsible for oversight of collection and evaluation of data and information to identify clinical best practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- This role may require travel to locally up to 10% of the time and up to 4 hours away from your residence on occasion
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinically related field required or within one year of completion
- 5+ years of healthcare industry quality improvement/performance improvement experience
- 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge base of clinical standards of care, preventive health, and HEDIS measures
- Unrestricted RN licensure in the state of NC
