Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Clinical Quality Trainer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting training needs analysis
  • Identifying the training goals
  • Gathering training content, information and process flows

Qualifications Include:

  • Undergraduate Degree, High School Diploma or GED with equivalent/related experience
  • 2+ years HEDIS experience and/or knowledge
  • 3+ years’ experience in training, mentoring and/or development with adult learners
  • 3+ years' experience conducting Instructor-led training in a virtual environment
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality/Quality Management medical record review
  • Experience working with HEDIS software vendors
