Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Clinical Recruiting Advanced Practice Providers Senior Sourcer.
Must be able to:
- Create robust search strategies that will attract our ideal candidate profiles
- Expand and refine our candidate database to build a reliable talent funnel
- Work against tight deadlines to ensure successful acquisition of clinical talent
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Design and drive an online and in-person sourcing strategy
- 5+ years of experience in a dedicated sourcing/recruiting role
- 2+ years experience sourcing/recruiting advanced practice providers
- Subject matter expertise and experience in alternative sourcing methods
- Excitement and passion for healthcare
- Comfort with launching and leading new initiatives while driving transformation and change management
