Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Clinical Registered Behavior Technician Trainer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with clinical and training leadership to develop both onboarding and continuous learning programs
- Assisting in the development of key performance metrics to measure the success of your programming
- Utilizing key performance metrics to track new hire and ongoing training performance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Graduate work in related field
- Experience, knowledge or interest in pediatrics, autism, behavioral health or similar field
- Previous experience developing and delivering training
- Familiarity with the US healthcare system
