Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Telecommute Clinical Research Manager in Rahway.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting clinical studies and developing the pipeline
• Building business relationships and representing our Company with investigators
• Outsourcing partners and other external partners and therefore having a significant impact on customer relationships

Required Skills:

• Travel Requirements: 10%
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of experience in oncology clinical research, OR a Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years
• Strong understanding of clinical trial planning, (site) management and metrics
• Strong communication, educational/pedagogic, diplomatic and empathic skills
• Strong leadership skills (scientific and business) and proven ability to coordinate
