Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Clinical Review Nurse I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Apply clinical knowledge to assess and ensure services/items billed are reasonable and necessary
- Adapt to a wide variety of medical review topics and multiple Medicare lines of business
- Articulate clearly with other clinicians to include medical doctors, nurses, and support personnel
Qualifications for this position include:
- Current unrestricted RN license
- Two years’ clinical experience.
- Ability to comprehend medical policy and criteria to clearly articulate health information
- Excellent communication skills
