A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Scientist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building, leading, managing, and developing a team of world-class Technical Program Managers
• Serving as an advisor and trusted partner to the Engineering and Product Leaders
• Defining and implementing standardized project management frameworks across the engineering and product teams

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience scaling and managing high performing teams
• A natural strategic problem-solver
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
• Experience facilitating planning and coordination efforts across Engineering, Product, and Design teams
