A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Scientist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building, leading, managing, and developing a team of world-class Technical Program Managers
- Serving as an advisor and trusted partner to the Engineering and Product Leaders
- Defining and implementing standardized project management frameworks across the engineering and product teams
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience scaling and managing high performing teams
- A natural strategic problem-solver
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
- Experience facilitating planning and coordination efforts across Engineering, Product, and Design teams
- Background in SaaS Development or operations
