Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician in the Glendale Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls
- Answer questions and resolve issues regarding mail order pharmacy inquiries
- Interact with physician's offices, hospitals, and members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Working from home after about 6 months at the office (must live within commuting distance of the Glendale, AZ office)
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or related call center setting
- Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona
