Job Summary
A healthcare provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Clinical Services Supervisor in Renton.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review case management and productivity data
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision
- Recruit, hire and oversee training of new Onsite EAP Counselors
Qualifications for this position include:
- Master's and/or doctorate degree in a clinical mental health field
- Active professional license from his or her state of residence
- Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) or CEAP-eligible
- Minimum five (5) years psychiatric/substance abuse treatment experience
- Minimum three (3) years EAP clinical and administrative supervisory experience
