Job Summary
An employer of people who are blind or visually impaired is in need of a Telecommute Clinical Staffing Interviewer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing resume, preparing for interview and placing the call to the candidate
- Providing the recruiter and interview scheduler with time slots to handle interview
- Qualifying candidates sufficiently so Regional Supervisor can perform the second level interview
Position Requirements Include:
- Licensed professional counselor
- Masters degree or higher in social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling
- Good oral and written skills
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel and note taking
- Able to complete interviews in a timely manner
- Flexible and able to respond quickly to last-minute needs
