A cloud-based technology software solutions provider is seeking a Telecommute Clinical Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering clinical related questions regarding the use of Company's application
- Resolving basic and complex customer clinical questions
- Documenting new issues, FAQs, and resolutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Home health or hospice clinical experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to solve clinical problems on a home health & hospice software product
- Tech savvy working with computers, internet browsers, and software applications
