Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Clinical Team Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Utilize clinical skills to coordinate, document and communicate all aspects of the utilization/benefit management program
• Apply critical thinking and knowledge in clinically appropriate treatment, evidence based care and medical necessity criteria
• Support staff in order to address their needs and to work with leadership in the operation of the department

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Managed care/utilization review experience required
• 3+ years clinical practice experience, e.g., hospital setting
• Position requires proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
• Licensed independent Behavioral Health clinician in state of service (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LPAT, LP) or a Registered Nurse (RN)
• alternative care setting such as home health or ambulatory care required
• Unrestricted KY state license with psychiatric specialty, certification, or experience
