Job Summary

A hospital analytics platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Clinical Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborating with customer success team to drive Return on Investment and engagement at client sites
  • Working closely with various hospital stakeholders to obtain necessary data extracts and ensure integration
  • Working with engineering team to address bugs and other technical issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Moderate travel to customer sites
  • Data analysis experience using tools such as Excel or Stata
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must complete a 1-hour take-home test covering basic data analysis
