Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Clinical Transformation Consultant in Little Rock Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Deploying Clinical Support program at the practice level
• Building and effectively maintaining the relationship with the practice leadership
• Facilitating efficient, effective practice improvement meetings to achieve milestones

Required Skills:

• Willingness to travel up to 50% for face to face meetings
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5 combined experience with improving clinical quality, healthcare analytics, or driving clinical transformation initiatives
• 2 years experience interpreting and utilizing clinical data analytics, outcomes measurement in healthcare to drive change
• Experience working with and collaborating successfully with senior level leadership
• Demonstrated experience leading groups and strong presentation skills
