A legal services company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Trial Agreements Lawyer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Negotiate with sophisticated counterparties, such as hospitals, teaching institutions, and universities
- Provide practical legal advice and support on business matters in a fast-paced environment
- Work with and advise business clients directly, as well as provide guidance and practical solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Active membership in the state bar
- 2+ years of legal experience at a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or CRO
- Experience drafting and negotiating life sciences Clinical Trial Agreements
- Experience drafting and negotiating agreements
- Knowledge of new laws, regulations, and industry standards governing clinical trials
