Job Summary

is seeking a Telecommute Clinical Trial Research Associate Services Manager in Carlsbad.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Generating action plans and provide developmental/strategic oversight
• Assisting with project resourcing to ensure proper level and allocation of resources
• Developing, mentoring, managing and coaching CRA staff to progress their skills

Qualifications Include:

• Expectation of travel approximately 25%
• Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience
• 7 years or more in clinical operations, data management or related discipline
• Monitoring experience includes use of electronic data capture systems
• 3-5 years of direct supervisory experience managing CRAs is expected for this position
• Experience developing evaluation processes
