Job Summary

A major healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Clinician Pharmacist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building clinical algorithms leveraging medical and pharmacy data to identify medication nonadherence
• Participating in code list reviews including ICD10, pharmacy and lab codes
• Creating and maintaining technical reference documentation of job processes

Qualifications Include:

• Intermediate proficiency of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Current State Board of Pharmacy Licensure
• Previous professional pharmacy experience with in-depth knowledge of pharmacotherapy and pharmacy practice
• Knowledge of healthcare claims data such as medical, pharmacy, lab
• Data analytics skills leveraging data tools
