A medical group specializing in acute care solutions has an open position for a Telecommute Clinician Scheduler.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and maintaining schedules for multiple hospital locations 45-90 days ahead of start of month
- Establishing relationships with all providers to learn their scheduling preferences and hard stops
- Analyzing requests, identifying potential areas of conflict and determining best solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience creating/managing complex fluid schedules
- Ability to navigate and function under a dual and/or remote reporting structure
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
