Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Closer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing the loan application package to verify compliance with all closing and funding requirements
• Preparing and reviewing required closing documents for mortgage loans
• Coordinating all the steps of the closing process which includes coordinating the delivery of the closing

Position Requirements Include:

• One to three years recent closing experience in the mortgage or real estate industry
• Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints
• Excellent level of oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate across a variety of audiences
• Intermediate level of computer skills and the ability to function in a windows environment
• Professional and effective interpersonal skills
