Job Summary
A cloud computing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Cloud Computing Client Success Manager in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as a trusted advisor for clients
- Managing the overall post-sale business relationship with assigned accounts
- Overseeing the onboarding process
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-4 years of client success, account management, and/or management consulting experience
- Technology startup experience
- Experience developing measurable client/customer success KPIs
- Experience with setting up Client kickoffs and Client onboarding plans
- Experience expanding revenue in accounts
