Job Summary

A cloud computing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Cloud Computing Client Success Manager in San Francisco.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor for clients
  • Managing the overall post-sale business relationship with assigned accounts
  • Overseeing the onboarding process

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1-4 years of client success, account management, and/or management consulting experience
  • Technology startup experience
  • Experience developing measurable client/customer success KPIs
  • Experience with setting up Client kickoffs and Client onboarding plans
  • Experience expanding revenue in accounts
