Job Summary

A staffing firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Cloud Computing Operations Manager in Riverwoods.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Service Management, Architecture and Engineering teams
  • Perform the role as the Technical Lead for day-to-day Operational Management
  • Utilize and exploit key Monitoring Tools and KPIs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
  • AWS and Azure Cloud proficiency
  • Azure certification (Exam 532 or 533 or 535)
  • AWS certified (Cloud Practitioner, Associate, Specialty or Networking)
  • Experience with ITIL processes of Service Request, Change, Incident, Problem Management
  • All other requirements listed by company
