Job Summary
A provider of benefits administration is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Cloud Deployment Campus Lead.
Must be able to:
- Overseeing overall program’s coordination, promotion and execution
- Helping develop and implement campus recruiting and talent pipeline strategy
- Identifying assessment team for interviews and coordinating interviews
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to office locations, career fairs and on-campus interviews
- 2 to 3 years’ experience of Campus Recruiting, Coordination or HR Generalist
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proficient in SharePoint with strong presentation skills
- Proven planning and project management skills
- Track record of successful development and execution of an on-campus recruitment strategy
