Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Cloud Engineer III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Installing and maintaining highly available networks in both physical and virtual environments
  • Participating in an on-call rotation to support customer-facing application environments
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of infrastructure topology and network configurations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Possess 5+ years of experience supporting, designing and tuning enterprise grade SaaS networking environments that are available 24x7x365
  • Be familiar with TCP, UDP, and IPSec/SSL VPNs
  • Experience supporting and managing AWS services such as EC2, ELB, EIP, CloudFront and Route53
  • Experience with AWS storage technologies & limitations
  • Experience with load-balancing technologies, preferably AWS ELB, F5 and HAProxy
  • All other requirements listed by company
