Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Cloud Health Expert and Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own KPI attainment at a program level
- Identify key drivers of issues impacting system health, alert volume and team efficiency
- Create and execute mitigation plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10% travel
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical discipline
- Experience in leadership or leading teams
- 5+ Years working with a web-based software solution
- 5+ Years of experience in a previous Technical Support, Consulting, or Engineering role
- Must meet all other listed company requirements
