Job Summary

An IT and service company is in need of a Telecommute Cloud Optimization Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Recommending and developing a reserved instance and spot instance purchasing process
  • Automating data collection and build dashboards for Engineers and Senior Leaders
  • Providing monitoring, recommendations, and advice to help maintain cost efficient use of AWS

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong business sense and be technical and analytical
  • Software development or scripting experience
  • Experience with public cloud billing (AWS)
  • Experienced at working with large data sets
  • Attention to detail and drive to make improvements
