Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Cloud Platform Support Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop SOPs for the support team
- Help troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues with our server inventory
- Assist Platform Support with creation and maintenance of end user facing software tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Hiring and team mentoring experience
- Inquisitive leader with strong technical skills as a sysadmin, devops, and related functions
- Strong development background
- background in and passion for infrastructure
- Solid grasp of Linux and DevOps fundamentals
- Knowledgeable on OSI Layer, and has a basic understanding of BGP
