Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Cloud Platform Support Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop SOPs for the support team
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues with our server inventory
  • Assist Platform Support with creation and maintenance of end user facing software tools

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Hiring and team mentoring experience
  • Inquisitive leader with strong technical skills as a sysadmin, devops, and related functions
  • Strong development background
  • background in and passion for infrastructure
  • Solid grasp of Linux and DevOps fundamentals
  • Knowledgeable on OSI Layer, and has a basic understanding of BGP
