Job Summary
An academic publishing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Cloud Security Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing, monitoring, and assessing our data, server, and network security implementations
- Conducting vulnerability testing and implement remediation
- Reviewing and refining data security policies and procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Regular visits to our Massachusetts home office (about 1 week per month)
- 3+ years of hands-on security experience in consumer website environment
- Experience with AWS security tools (VPC, SG, Guard Duty, WAF, etc) and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in software, networks, communications or engineering
- General analysis/problem solving and ability to develop creative solutions
