Job Summary
An engineering company is seeking a Telecommute Cloud Solutions Customer Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Consulting with new and existing customers on business and technical requirements
- Building or supporting rapid proof-of-concepts and proof-of-value experiments
- Educating customers through direct product training
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 – 6 years' experience in software engineering or similar field
- Proficient in at least one of: Java, C#, C++, Python, Go, modern JavaScript
- Experience managing internal or client-facing projects to completion
- Prior success in communicating directly with clients
- Ability to design, build, and deploy SaaS solutions
- Ability to conduct interactive sessions for troubleshooting problems
