Job Summary

An engineering company is seeking a Telecommute Cloud Solutions Customer Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Consulting with new and existing customers on business and technical requirements
  • Building or supporting rapid proof-of-concepts and proof-of-value experiments
  • Educating customers through direct product training

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2 – 6 years' experience in software engineering or similar field
  • Proficient in at least one of: Java, C#, C++, Python, Go, modern JavaScript
  • Experience managing internal or client-facing projects to completion
  • Prior success in communicating directly with clients
  • Ability to design, build, and deploy SaaS solutions
  • Ability to conduct interactive sessions for troubleshooting problems
