Job Summary
A telecommunications company has an open position for a Telecommute Cloud Solutions Specialist Team Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the day-to-day and week-to-week operations of the sales team
- Ensuring sales best practices are brought to bear to support high velocity
- Coaching, developing and supporting their growth as sales professionals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience selling into Tier 1 Solution Provider customers
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Track record of leading teams who over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
- In depth understanding of Communications Service Provider business with specific focus on cloud enabled solutions
- Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO/CMO level
- 10+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales or pre-sales and account management experience
