Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Cloud Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas
  • Resolve client service issues
  • Oversee and manage the resolution of critical issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel: Maximum 10%
  • Salesforce nonprofit administration experience
  • Familiarity working with nonprofit organizations and/or educational institutions
  • Have and maintain Salesforce.com administrator certification (ADM-201 and above)
