Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Cloud Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas
- Resolve client service issues
- Oversee and manage the resolution of critical issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel: Maximum 10%
- Salesforce nonprofit administration experience
- Familiarity working with nonprofit organizations and/or educational institutions
- Have and maintain Salesforce.com administrator certification (ADM-201 and above)
