Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Cloud Technician I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting environmental issues
  • Analyzing infrastructure and application alerts
  • Performing post change quality assurance testing

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Windows 2012 Server or higher
  • 2+ years' experience working with VMWare or another virtualization platform
  • 2+ years' experience working with enterprise network monitoring tools
  • 2+ years' experience working with Linux operating systems
  • Must have excellent skills in problem analysis and troubleshooting complex technical issues
