Job Summary

A company that provides communication coaching needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Coach Community Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Closely supporting a cohort of coaches
  • Ideating and executing on community building initiatives
  • Reviewing reports on coach data

Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrated drive to foster positivity and sense of community in the workplace
  • Experience editing and designing interactive and personalized materials for second/foreign language learners
  • Capable of delivering actionable feedback
  • Working knowledge of effective approaches for intermediate and advanced language learners
  • Experience mentoring language, communication and culture teachers/coaches
  • C1 level English or higher
